With the Brew Lab Loyalty app, the more you come back, the better benefits you’ll receive. When you buy a drink, simply scan the QR code at the till and a stamp will be added to your card. You’ll get a stamp for every hot drink you buy. After you’ve bought 9 drinks, you’ll get a free hot drink, and you’ll be indoctrinated into Brew Lab Loyalty and move up to the Tin loyalty tier and you’ll start to get some awesome rewards.

Brew Lab Loyalty has four tiers, Tin, Copper, Silver and Gold. Each tier has more awesome rewards than the last like free brewing equipment and whole bean coffee. You’ll also get special offers and benefits that only members get like a special treat on your birthday, invites to exclusive tastings, free access to brewing classes and more!
